Summary

In this study, we will look at how safe the investigational drug MK-8294 is for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. We also look at how well it works. We measure what happens to the study drug in the body. We are testing the investigational compound in different strengths in patients with cancer. With this we are looking for the recommended strength for this study and in other research. We also test how well MK-8294 works with the immune system.
